Vancouver – January 25, 2023 – Prospect Ridge Resources Corp. (the “Company” or “Prospect Ridge“) (CSE: PRR) (OTC: PRRSF) (FRA: OED) is saddened to announce the passing of a director, Dr. Allen Alper.
